Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Asheville studio. Larger pieces (rugs, lighting) may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping rates

Flat $12 ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. Free shipping on orders over $150. Expedited and AK/HI/PR rates calculated at checkout.

Carriers

UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on size. You'll receive tracking via email when your order ships.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is coming in 2026 — join the newsletter to be the first to know.

Damages

If a piece arrives damaged, email [email protected] with photos within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
