Valprome began at a kitchen table in 2021. Two friends — a designer and a former buyer for a New York gallery — kept noticing the same gap: beautiful objects existed, but the path to find them was either luxury-store inflated or fast-furniture flat.

We started by writing letters to forty-two artisans we admired. Most wrote back. The shop you're looking at is what came of those conversations: a small, growing collection of pieces that earn their place on a shelf — and stay there.

No drop calendars. No trend chasing. We add a piece when it's ready, and not before.
